Barry Waite was first exposed to True Colors(R) in 2005 while on active duty for the Air Force. After that experience, he was sold and soon became a certified True Colors facilitator. He provided training to Air Force personnel till 2008 when he retired after 20 years of service as a Lieutenant Colonel. In 2008, he undertook final preparations to be a True Colors Master Trainer after completing Team Building, Communications, Conflict Management, Change Management,Teaching/Learning Styles, and Parenting True Colors(R) Advanced Applications. He now teaches others to train the True Colors(R) program. In addition to his True Colors(R) training, he is a trained mediator, Development Dimensions International Feedback Coach, and a Coach Training Institute Certified Coach. Academically, he is a graduate from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Public Administration with minors in Philosophy and History; and from the University of Central Florida with a Masters Degree in History. He is presently pursuing a Doctorate of Education Degree in Community College Leadership. For wellness, Barry completed his initial training in essential oils and is a evangelist for HGH homeopathic gel. His integration of wellness with True Colors seeks to limit stress and help people find ways to fine more "ease" and not disease in their life. In 2014, he authored the book, True Colors and Public Service Leadership connecting his career experience with leadership to the True Colors (R) methodology. Barry is married to Barbara and they have three children.
